Enjoy a Mediterranean lunch from Dino's Greek Food. Beer and wine available by donation. Registration required. Live music from Paul Oliphant from I Love Nature

  • Learn practical ways we can coexist with wildlife
  • Enjoy photos, videos, and signs of our local animal neighbors
  • Interact with other wildlife enthusiasts, students, educators, and folks working to protect and steward wild places
  • Meet live birds from the Bird Rescue Center and learn how to help protect them
  • Learn about bears at Pepperwood and our collaboration with the North Bay Bear Collaborative
  • Join a guided hike to experience the connection between plants and animals in resilient wildlands and native gardens

Guided Hikes: Pepperwood Grizzly Corp Fellow, Makayla Freed and Environmental Educator Summer Swallow, will lead an inspiring hike to show you the connection between plants and animals and what you can do to support their habitat!

Location: Meet at the Dwight Center. Short hike on mild terrain down to the barn meadow and ending in the Dwight Center Native Plant Garden.

Morning hike: 11:30 PM-12:30 PM

Afternoon Hike: 1:30 pm - 2:30 PM
