Zach grew up in Graton, Sonoma County, surrounded by now-extinct apple orchards. For over a decade, he has focused on building resilient teams and systems for marketing agencies, cannabis companies, and management consulting firms.

He lives with his wife and children, all of whom (sometimes begrudgingly) share his passion for social and environmental justice, soccer, and reading science fiction.

Zach holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
