Pepperwood allows limited access to our facilities and 3,200 acre preserve for partner organizations and groups that support our commitment to science, education and the environment. Please see below our Learning Landscapes offerings for small group visits and tours.

Bechtel House
Offering spectacular views and tranquility, the recently refreshed Bechtel House is a wonderful space for your retreat. Both day use and overnights are permitted. A large, covered, wrap around deck provides wonderful outdoor seating, and an outside fire circle is available as conditions allow. Click the button below to learn more.
Dwight Center for Conservation Science
This state-of-the-art, LEED-certified green facility is the hub of Pepperwood operations. Our Gallery and Classroom spaces are available to rent for day use by groups on a limited basis. Enjoy tranquility, beautiful views, and our well-equipped facilities that provide the perfect space for your next workshop, meeting or retreat.
Learning Landscapes
