Wilderness First Aid Two-Day Training

$170 per participant ($150 for members)
Ages 16 and up welcome

Do you like hiking and backpacking in wilderness areas?  This class is for you!  Gain valuable tools and knowledge to handle a wilderness first aid emergency in this 16-hour, two-day intensive course. This class focuses on learning and practicing skills that can be used in wilderness settings and covers a variety of outdoor injury scenarios.  The class is primarily indoors, but also includes up to a half day of outdoor scenarios practicing first aid skills. Successful completion of this class includes a Wilderness First Aid certificate, which is good for 3 years. Principal of FosterCalm, instructor Bobbie Foster Wilderness EMT has been involved in outdoor recreation for almost 30 years.
