Nature Together is our series of events designed specifically for families with children.

Celebrate the wonders and beauty of nature as the winter season approaches. Bring the whole family to create crafts inspired by nature that can make lovely holiday decorations or gifts. We will craft using fir cones and other natural objects, while enjoying hot cocoa. In addition to our crafts, you may also choose the option to take a nature walk at 11:00am. You are welcome to arrive anytime, but allow yourself enough time to make your crafts and plan to arrive before 11:00am if you’d like to go for the nature walk! You are also invited to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy together with new friends.

Ease of Access: The facility where this event takes place has bathrooms and water available. This event also includes an optional walk of up to 1 mile of easy to moderate hiking level, at a slow pace. This includes traveling over varied terrain with some steep inclines, including uneven surfaces. Backpacks and child carriers are welcome on the walk, but no strollers please.

Weather & Cancellations: This event will go on in light rain. However, it could be canceled in the case of heavy storms, unhealthy air quality or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, registrants will be notified via email.

When visiting Pepperwood, please leave pets at home for their wellbeing and that of our wildlife. Thank you.

Please, no smoking at Pepperwood.

Gracias.

Por favor, no fumar en Pepperwood.
