Cradling our Future
An exhibit of Native cradle basketry from the American West

Opening members’ reception followed by a sunset hike with
Clint McKay and Ben Benson

Please join us for the opening of a never-before-shown collection of intricately woven American Indian cradle baskets from tribal groups throughout the American West. Enjoy light refreshments as you view this unique display and learn about the importance of the mother-infant bond in Native cultures from Pepperwood’s Native Advisory Council Chair Clint McKay and Cultural Resources Coordinator Ben Benson. At 6pm, Clint and Ben will lead you on a sunset hike, to be followed by desserts and wine poured by LaJour Winery.

Please RSVP to Julie at jbartice@pepperwoodpreserve.org or (707) 486-2931 if you would like to attend.
