How to Keep Pets Safe, Coyotes Wild, and Rodents Nervous

Come learn from Keli Hendricks, Project Coyote’s Ranching with Wildlife Coordinator, about the fascinating world of Canis latrans – their intelligence, resourcefulness, complex social structures, and how they have managed to thrive despite being one the most persecuted animals on the continent.

Whether you love them, hate them, or just want to learn more about them, this entertaining and informative talk will shed light on the mysteries surrounding America’s Song Dog, including common questions like; Are coyotes dangerous? Are my outdoor cats safe? What do I do if I see coyotes while walking my dog? Are coyotes becoming overpopulated? I saw a coyote in the middle of the day. Is it rabid? Why can’t we relocate urban coyotes to the ‘wild’? What’s all the yapping about??
