Spend an evening learning how to identify and safely use these plants which can be plentiful in the North Bay region during the summer. Join herbalist Autumn Summers to learn how to tap into the wellness benefits of these plants – like using milk thistle seed for liver support, creating a St. John’s wort oil for sprains and bruises, healing skin with plantain, and adding healthy omega –3 fatty acids to your diet with purslane.

This is the first of a seasonal series on edible and medicinal plants we will be offering, taught by Autumn. Registration to open soon for upcoming classes in August – Immunity Support, and September – Fall Edibles. Stay tuned!

From her first herb class over 25 years ago, Autumn has been exploring the many facets of herbalism. She is passionate about sharing this empowering knowledge with others in a responsible and interactive way.
