Ages 13 and up welcome
Would you like to improve your photography skills while deepening your relationship with nature? Join expert nature photographer Josh Asel at Pepperwood and discover that wildlife photography is more than just finding wildlife to photograph—it’s the process of getting to know the individual(s) involved and creating an image that balances biological and artistic expression. Class will start in the field with a moderate 1-3 mile hike, followed by an interactive presentation in the classroom. We will cover composition and the principles of design, color space and relationships, and much more. Both beginners and seasoned photographers are welcome! Josh is an award-winning biodiversity and conservation photographer, large carnivore tracker, author, and instructor.
