Learn about edible and medicinal plants with local herbalist

Pepperwood is thrilled to be partnering again with local herbalist, Autumn Summers. Join us for these upcoming classes to learn about sustainable harvesting practices, the health and nutrition benefits of regional plants, and great recipes and processing techniques.

From her first herb class over 25 years ago, Autumn has been exploring the many facets of herbalism. An avid gardener and wild foods forager, she teaches on how to grow your own herbs and how to safely and sustainably gather and use abundant edible and medicinal plants, seaweeds and mushrooms in Northern California at the California School of Herbal Studies. She is passionate about sharing this empowering knowledge with others in a responsible and interactive way.

I am interested in taking classes re medicinal plants..harvesting..drying..and also plant foods in the wild. I don’t just want to read it in a book. I want to be shown in outdoor settings.
