Join our team! Pepperwood is hiring for a new position of Director of Advancement. This role will be responsible for successfully creating, leading and implementing an integrated resource development strategy and fostering relationships to build the organization’s visibility, impact, and financial resources.
This position will work closely with President & CEO, the Executive and Development Committees, and Board to evaluate financial needs and lead the creation and implementation of fundraising strategies.
The successful applicant will have at least 5-8 years of directly related experience, preferably in a development department of a nonprofit conservation or environmental organization.
