Apply now for TeenNat! Applications due April 9
Thanks to you, for the sixth year in a row, two dozen local teens will spend their summer exploring the rolling hills of Pepperwood, conducting real biodiversity research, learning about careers in the sciences, and having a great time doing it!
In Pepperwood’s post-fire landscape, their experiences and research will take on even greater importance. Over the course of this five week internship, these teenagers will both document the destruction caused by wildfire and discover its integral role in our Mediterranean ecosystem, as they contribute scientifically valid, time-sensitive research.
If you know a teenager who loves science and nature (or who is curious to learn more!), please let them know about this unique opportunity and encourage them to apply. Thanks to your generous support and a matching grant from Dean Witter Foundation, there is no charge to participate.
