Event space rentals for conservation and education partners

Pepperwood allows limited access to our facilities and 3,200 acre preserve for partner organizations and groups that support our commitment to science, education and the environment.

If your organization is interested in renting one of our beautiful spaces for your retreat, meeting or workshop please fill out the Access Request Inquiry Form and return to access@pepperwoodpreserve.org.

Bechtel House

Offering spectacular views and tranquility, the recently refreshed Bechtel House is a wonderful space for your retreat. Both day use and overnights are permitted. A large, covered, wrap around deck provides wonderful outdoor seating, and an outside fire circle is available as conditions allow. Click the button below to learn more.

Dwight Center for Conservation Science

This state-of-the-art, LEED-certified green facility is the hub of Pepperwood operations. Our Gallery and Classroom spaces are available to rent for day use by groups on a limited basis. Enjoy tranquility, beautiful views, and our well-equipped facilities that provide the perfect space for your next workshop, meeting or retreat. All rentals are subject to approval and availability.

Gallery & Library

With views overlooking the mountains, our gallery space is the perfect setting for a small group meeting with a conference table that accommodates 12 people, or for a social event with standing room for 30 people.

Classrooms & Courtyard

Each of our two classrooms can accommodate groups of up to 25 people or both spaces can be combined to allow lecture style seating for up to 80 people. Each classroom is equipped with a large projection screen and other We can work with your seating arrangements and technology needs.

Learning Landscapes
